Why you should stop and take that shot!

I knew moving to the country would make driving around more difficult having to resist the temptation to stop and take a photo each time I drove past a trees on a hill, a weathered rusty barn, horses etc.

I see the shots all the time as I am driving, I am quite obsessed with a clump of trees on a hill near my home. The first time I saw them, they were half covered in fog, I had my camera .. did I stop .. no of course not. I kicked myself for weeks about that. I saw a horse with the breeze blowing and the sunset colours dusting him the other day .. did I have my camera no, more kicking sigh

I got the fog shot of the trees, it was a month later, I had my camera but I had just come back from the doctor with quite a painful cyst inside my eyelid. Was I stopping … YES , YES I WAS!!

Take that shot … or spend the next few weeks obsessing, telling everyone how you missed it and staring at the place waiting for that perfect moment to happen again! It’s only a few minutes you have to spare so just do it!
